As part of our hiring process, Al Hidaya Academy requires all prospective employees to undergo both a BCI (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) background check.

 

Additionally, we conduct a licensure verification through the Educator Profile on the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce website to ensure compliance with state regulations.
